How we work
Three principles we don't break.
Never diagnose
We don't tell you what you have. We tell you what your symptoms are consistent with, what's typical, and what to bring up with your clinician.
Private by design
Your conversation is ephemeral. We don't store it. We don't send it to ad pixels or analytics. The only thing in our database is your email and subscription status.
What “ephemeral” actually means.
Your messages flow from your browser to our server, then to Anthropic (the AI provider). Once the response is streamed back to you, nothing about the conversation is written to our database. We don't keep a transcript, a summary, or even a count of what you asked. Anthropic's API terms commit to not using data to train their models and to short retention windows.
The only things our database holds about you are your email, your Stripe customer/subscription IDs, and whether your subscription is active. That's it.
